I believe that we all have the innate ability to heal and grow, no matter what we may have endured.
That we remain whole and complete, even when we feel lost and fragmented.

I spent my formative years between Europe and the Far East. With generations of my family having served in the armed forces, I became attuned to navigating diverse cultures and environments through immersion, observation and adaption. It was a particular kind of upbringing - challenging in some ways - yet very expansive in others.

This trajectory continued as I embarked upon a twenty-year career in marketing and advertising, during which I lived in London, New York, Amsterdam and Sydney. Working for some of the world’s most prominent and creative global brands. I appeared outwardly successful and happy supported by deep relationships, yet I often felt overwhelmed, anxious and alone, longing for a deeper sense of purpose and answers to my past.

I knew fear early on and learned how to disassociate from it. Familial love was present but it was complicated, which is not unusual.. As I grew my longing to feel safety and belonging distorted my sense of self. I developed mechanisms of control, judgement, people- pleasing and perfectionism. Suppressed anger would surface like a tidal wave when I felt threatened or sensed injustice, followed by shame that would draw me into silence and solitude. My mind created narratives of unworthiness, which led to poor relationship decisions, that confirmed and compounded them. Later my physical body revolted against me - imploring me to listen - to change. And, finally I did.

Extensive study into mind-body integration and health led me to yoga training programs, which in turn, opened the door to meditation, nutrition, breathwork, and energy practices. This culminated in qualifying as a Hatha yoga teacher and being initiated into the Reiki lineage in Mexico as a master practitioner alongside my career in advertising.

At the time, my interest in Eastern and Indigenous practices was considered esoteric—I was an outlier—yet, over the course of time, Western science began to catch up. Neuroplasticity captured my interest, eventually leading me to study clinical hypnotherapy in Australia. For me, this was the intersect of science and art, mind and body, material and matter, the conscious and unconscious.

Qualifying as a hypnotherapist marked an immediate convergence and turning point - I was ready to share what I had learned to help others. I left my career. I left much of my life behind. Finally, my work had become my purpose. My therapeutic practice and perspective today are deeply informed by this personal and professional journey, particularly in the realm of trauma.

I view healing as the process of integrating all parts of who we are—and all that we’ve experienced—no matter how dark or difficult. Through hypnotherapy, I work with both the conscious and unconscious, encouraging the body, mind, and heart into wholeness.

I launched my practice online in Australia, then Mallorca and, based on demand, I have returned to London offering online appointments via Zoom for global clients and in-person for those in the United Kingdom.

The whole life force is in the vision which includes all phantasy, all intuitive imagination, and all conscious selection from experience. Ideas are born though a perfect balance of our conscious and unconscious life and they are realised through the same fusion and equilibrium. The choice of one idea from several, and the capacity to relate the whole of our past experience to the present idea is our conscious mind: our sensitivity to the unfolding of an idea in substance, in relation to the very act of breathing, is our unconscious intuition.
